As the first National Step Challenge Champion and an Avia sponsored athlete, Gay Gasper is one of the most well known and respected instructors in the entire health and fitness industry. She is the fitness expert for Inside Edition, and has produced over twenty exercise and fitness videos.  Teaming up with such celebrities as La Toya Jackson and Nadia Comaneci.  We are very excited to announce that Gay is joining IFTA as a trainer/certification specialist.
