Gliding basic training introduces the attendee to the core Gliding program the unique Gliding Discs and exercises science technique and application for a variety of fitness classes. This course will cover general exercise science for functional and integrated movement as it pertains to flexibility strength and cardio choreography specific to Gliding and the Gliding Discs. The training will cover applications for stand along Gliding classes Gliding integrated into various preexisting classes and use in both training and kid's sessions.
