    This Certification includes the Mat Pilates Manual & study guide as a download / attachment, Live review of the Manual & study guide led by Gay Gasper. In the review, The course includes demonstration and practice of how to instruct Pilates with correct form, safety issues, and includes a Mat Pilates workout class. The written test will be emailed to you once you complete the course. You will have 7 days to complete the test.
