JJ began her fitness career with IFTA’s group fitness certification. Today, she is a popular group fitness instructor and personal trainer.
While JJ teaches different types of group fitness, her all-time favorite is still kickboxing. Last year, JJ became the first Singaporean Master Trainer for Fierce4 Fitness®, a fitness program designed by fitness celebrity Janis Saffell.
JJ is also a nutritional coach certified by the Fierce4 Wellness division.
