Meet Rita Perini
Rita has been in the fitness industry for 30+ years and has taught a variety of programs including Cycle, Kickboxing, Yoga, Tai Chi and Senior Fitness and is also a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Her mission is to help her clients and class participants live a stronger, longer, happier life. On top of these accomplishments, Rita is a two time cancer survivor! This is why if you tell Rita you can’t accomplish something, she will likely not believe you because she knows there is always something we can do to elevate, empower and enlighten our joy in our mind, body and spirit! Her energy and passion for fitness will inspire all those who get to now her.
