Vanessa recently completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. She teaches a variety of classes, including kickboxing, muscle cut, total body conditioning, pilates, yoga and dance! She is also AFAA Certified and enjoys interacting and connecting with her class members.
Vanessa believes true fitness health is a balance of the mind, body and spirit. She tries to express the importance of this balance in each of her classes and in her own life. Good physical and mental health is your Holy Grail!
